Millennium Fellowship Project: Eradicating extreme poverty and hunger

The first project has to was the use of vocational training to reduce poverty rate and I was able to reach more than 50 students
The second project was visitation to children reception centre, food and other household items were gifted to them

About the Millennium Fellow

Nasir Maryam is a student of veterinary medicine, university of Ilorin, Kwara state, Nigeria. She is dedicated to volunteering and currently, she holds positions in one voluntary organisation and two school organisations which has helped her to be familiar with structure, teamwork and social skills.
She is also passionate about Sustainable development Goal 1; No poverty and Goal 2; zero hunger. She believes these to be the bedrock of a good society and people. Her passion is not empty as she consciously finds ways to bring these goals to life and being a part of the millennium fellowship is an opportunity she is grateful and most excited about.
