Yahuza Ismail is the Education Manager for the Center for Advocacy Transparency and Accountability Initiative. a social worker, educator, SDG advocate, Climate activist, and Community Development Volunteer. I work in the grassroot community to enhance the capacity and empowered the most vulnerable people in the community to be self-reliant through advocating for quality education, Women Empowerment and climate action.
I am passionate about promoting social change, supporting people of grassroot communities using locally driven ideas/approaches to improve their potentials and standard of living with more than 5 years proven work experience in education in emergency, Advocacy, Peace Building, Stakeholders Engagement, Youth Engagement and Community Mobilization.
I also have a strength in team’s management spirit. Risk management, problem solving skills, coordination, effective communication, the project management cycle, and partnership and collaboration skills to work with partners to achieve desired goals and objectives. He was able to manage the central emergency response fund project (CERF) Project in 2021 in Borno state, which he was able to reach over 10,000 affected children and parent where he supported them with scholastic materials, skills and ideas to improve school safety and promote quality education.
