" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because, it will help me to be Creative and learn adaptability. My relationship with other Fellows will spur up ideas and help me to be more creative. It will also bring me out of my space and help me adapt to situations and circumstances. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
THE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE project is a project aimed at reducing the rate of illnesses among the elderly. To achieve this I and my team, organized a health talk to speak to the elderly on how to live healthily and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We organized basic medical tests like : Blood sugar, High BP, HIV Tests. We spoke to the elderly but we also spoke to the younger ones: the youths and teenagers to be mindful of their lifetsyle as it would in one way or another, affect their health in the later years.
