Millennium Fellowship Project: Janefrances Free Learning Support

The Janefrances Free Learning Support project is designed to provide guidance and tutorials to students and pupils in primary, secondary and tertiary institutions in diverse areas, including career choice and development, healthcare, moral development, academic excellence, development of healthy habits amongst others.
The aim of the project is to rightly educate pupils and students, providing right knowledge that will help them make informed decisions at all times; and to provide a friendly atmosphere where they can be listened to as they share their concerns through the involvement of professional and para-counsellors.

About the Millennium Fellow

Chidinma Janefrances Ogbu is a final year guidance and counselling student at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria and a campus director for Millennium Fellows on her campus.

She is an emphatic and public-spirited fellow who is passionate about offering guidance and counselling services especially to the disadvantaged individuals or group.

Her project is aimed at providing educational, psychological and career support through effective guidance and counselling services to children, adolescents and young adults in her locality who are faced with psychological challenges and are the most vulnerable to being misinformed and misled in diverse areas of life. Her project would be advancing SDG-4 (Quality Education) and UNAI principle (Education for all).
