It it about striving to gap the bridge between males and females in schools and encourage more young females to pursue a tertiary education
About the Millennium Fellow
This is Bwalya Chisenga who is currently a 5th year medical student at the University of Zambia. She is passionate about science,education and the role of the girl child in the developing world. As a female in what was traditionally a male dominated field, Bwalya would like to strongly urge more females into STEM programs because she knows most of them in her community are capable and are currently only lacking someone who can assure them and tell them "I believe in you".
