Millennium Fellowship Project: Youth For Positive Change

Youth for positive change is a project that is aimed at eradicating the rampant spread of gender inequality and exclusion of Youth from participating in the decision making, in different levels such as, Community and at National.

This project will empower youth to realize their full potentials, and this will awaken their spirit of patriotism, and as a result the youth will be law abiding.

The project will ensure that youth fully understand that there is nothing, for them without them.

About the Millennium Fellow

Solomon Magok Atem Garang, is a student in the University of Juba, pursuing degree in the School of Arts and Humanities. He is passionate about creating an environment where youth, especially young girls and women enjoy their political, social and economical privileges.
He is determined to amplify the voices of the voiceless through advocacy and sensitisation of the traditional leaders on the negative impacts of some cultural norms and gender stereotypes.
