Millennium Fellowship Project: Qwani
Qwani is a youth led initiative meant to promote literature and other forms of art in Kenya. It is a platfrom for the youth to have their voices heard and their artistry appreciated. We publish books comprising of different genres written by young Kenyans. We also host open mics and book reading sessions where people get to interact and share ideas.
About the Millennium Fellow
Ann Museo Isika is a proactive, passionate and ambitious individual. She believes for there to be change in society, tough conversations have to be had and she's willing to start them. She is a team player but ready to lead and serve. She also likes to create and indulge in the simpler pleasures of existence- music, art and food and is excited for the leadership path ahead, a path she will forge herself.
