Millennium Fellowship Project: Mathare Feeding Program

My project is building greenhouses for widowed women, single mothers and single fathers. The project would involve building a greenhouse and individuals from the aforementioned groups would then run the greenhouse. The food produced would be used to feed them and their families, any surplus would then be sold or stored. The aim of the greenhouse would be food security but not profit access to high quality is a problem plaguing many informal settlements in Nairobi
