Millennium Fellowship Project: Millennium Entrepreneurship Village
Millennium Entrepreneurship Village was set up to encourage students to venture into entrepreneurship in order to have a stable business when they graduate. This will reduce unemployment, poverty and the dependency on government for jobs after school. The project also creates a network of students who are venturing into entrepreneurship in order to improve networking and help with advertisements.
About the Millennium Fellow
Eugenia Enyonam Datsomor is a level 400 undergraduate law student of the University of Professional Studies, Accra where she serves as a Justice on the SRC Judicial board. She studied NGO Project and Operations Management from Cambridge Centre of Excellence as well as currently undergoing an Emotional Intelligence course from Yale University. She also assumes the role of Chief Justice for the United Nations Youth Association-Ghana and Greater Accra President for Women In Entrepreneurship Ghana.
Eugenia is the CEO of Gee's Collection, Founder of Little Gem Foundation as well as Co- Founder and Operations Manager of Gemdats Medicines Shop. Due to her dutiful nature, she has received numerous awards including an award as 'Most Promising Entrepreneur' from Women in Entrepreneurship Ghana as well as the 'Best Female Student Entrepreneur' from UPSA SRC. Through her project she hopes to succour her community embrace entrepreneurship and enhance economic growth.
