Millennium Fellowship Project: For My Sisters

"For My Sisters" is a transformative project that aims to address an essential need for girls in underprivileged communities: access to sanitary towels. This initiative champions the provision of free, quality sanitary towels to girls who lack reliable access, empowering them to break barriers and focus on their education and personal growth.

About the Millennium Fellow

Melissa Wairu is a passionate and free spirited individual. She is open minded and curious about life. She enjoys trying new things and is not afraid to fail. Moreso, she is not afraid to ask if she does not know something because she believes failure and learning are part of life that enable one to grow. Wairu loves the environment and loves to surround herself with nature. She enjoys living a sustainable lifestyle and sharing sustainable lifestyle titbits with friends and family.
