Millennium Fellowship Project: Pad Her Campaign

My project is a Pad Her Campaign, this is an on going campaign that is done through the collect of sanitary wear from different willing individuals, institutions and organisations that come through with donations. So the whole purposed for the project is to collect sanitary wear and distribute free of charge to women in marginalized and remote areas in Zimbabwe who are living with disabilities, adolescence girls and young girls in high schools. The project also teaches about menstrual hygiene and reproductive health. Usually our sanitary donations are usaully a months supply that comes with disposable and reusable pads. If resources permitt sometimes we also teach these lady how to make reusable pads using the cotton and other materials that we would have provided. This project was setup with a mission to end menstgrual poverty in Zimbabwe's marginalized communities.
