Millennium Fellowship Project: Youth Coaching and Mentoring

Targeting coaching and mentoring programs to advance in making society liveable, youngsters being able to achieve their goals. So that they are not illeterate but are goal oriented, putting aside vices such as drugs and substance abuse, early marriages and even school dropouts. Not only is it sustainable but also economically friendly for the country. Hence continuous mentorship and coaching facilities give a more equal access to information not be taught in the school environment.

About the Millennium Fellow

Tatenda Mitchell Pandama is a female enthusiastic about changing lives and seeing a change amongst youths behaviour and social welfare. She currently is a student at the University of Zimbabwe studying Human Settlement Spatiality and Mobility, an empowered leadership coach, a life Coach, the former vice president of the UZ Coaching and Mentoring Foundation, vice publication manager of the Coaching on Campus Magazine, award winning writer, human rights advocate and climate change advocate in the making.
