United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Wellness 360
Wellness 360" is a social impact initiative led by Millennium Fellow Emmanuel Onyeanula designed to raise awareness on important health issues especially those common among university students in South Eastern Nigeria. The project aims to engage with young students in various tertiary institutions across South Eastern Nigeria through health publications and story telling.
5 years into this project, at least 10,000 young students should be able to demonstrate improved health knowledge and behaviours thus enhancing their well being and quality of life.
About the Millennium Fellow
Onyeanula Ihechukwu Emmanuel is a brilliant and globally competitive medical student at Abia State University Uturu. He was born, resides in Abia State Nigeria and is currently undergoing tertiary education in the same place.
Since his childhood, Emmanuel has always been passionate about mitigating the effects of climate change, environmental safety, quality education, and equality.
Due to this passion, Emmanuel has over the years, been studying the activities of already existing organizations which are already working towards achieving the United Nations SDGs.
Emmanuel aspires to build on what he has learned from these organizations and his leadership experiences to contribute his quota towards the development of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
