Afe Babalola University Ido | Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria | Advancing SDG 3 & UNAI 2

" I am deeply passionate about this initiative because mental well-being is the key to unlocking potential. When students have the right tools and a supportive environment, they don’t just survive, they thrive. This project isn’t just about awareness; it’s about action, impact, and transforming lives. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental Health Advocacy
Mental Health Advocacy is a project dedicated to equipping students with the knowledge and support they need to build and maintain stable mental health. Through tailored programs and committed individuals, it provides practical solutions and a strong support system, ensuring no student has to face these challenges alone.
About the Millennium Fellow
Chisimfo Chuma-Ajaegbu is a breath of fresh air, a burst of sunshine through and through. A prolific and multifaceted individual, she is passionate about advocacy and personal growth.
She has championed malaria eradication efforts, starting in Nigeria and expanding across Africa, with the hope of reducing the disease’s impact and associated risks. Additionally, she advocates for mental success, particularly among students, firmly believing that the best way to reach people is through their minds.
An avid lover of art and music—though she does not practice any craft herself.
Chisimfo enjoys exploring new places, cuisines, and opportunities. She lives by Maya Angelou’s words:
“Do the best you can until you know better. Then, when you know better, do better.”
