Millennium Fellowship Project: Iya at'omo- Mother and Child

Iya'at omo is a project coined from the Yoruba tribe of Nigeria, which means "mother and child." It primarily targets women and mothers. This study primarily targeted a subgroup of the population in Ido Ekiti, Nigeria. This initiative was completed by organizing health seminars for women and sharing brochures to effectively spread knowledge.

About the Millennium Fellow

Olukowi Oluwanifemi, a medical student at Afe Babalola University, was born in the traditional city of Oyo State. She is a firm believer in putting her all into every task, consistently demonstrating determination and passion in her pursuits. With a strong commitment to excellence, she is dedicated to making a positive impact in her community, always seeking ways to contribute meaningfully and leave a lasting legacy.
