United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

"

Millennium Fellowship Project: Iya at'omo- Mother and Child

Iya'at omo is a project coined from the Yoruba tribe of Nigeria, which means "mother and child." It primarily targets women and mothers. This study primarily targeted a subgroup of the population in Ido Ekiti, Nigeria. This initiative was completed by organizing health seminars for women and sharing brochures to effectively spread knowledge.

About the Millennium Fellow

Aguebor osabuohien Olivia is a 23 years old final year medical student studying at afe Babalola university,ido ,Ekiti,Nigeria.
Osabuohien has a passion for leadership and Osabuohien loves being a force to be reckoned with in every room she enters. Osabuohien is a goal driven individual and has learnt over the years with the experiences to never give up and goes with the life quote " God doesn't call the equipped but he equips the called " Osabuohien is very excited about being a student of 2024 Millennium Fellowship class.
