ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2024

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: SPELL Project

SPELL Project is an acronym for Solving the Problems of English Language Learners. It is an educational initiative whereby students of primary and secondary schools are made better in their knowledge and comprehension of English Language. The project aims at reaching out to schools in my locality and engaging them in extracurricular activities which would help their understanding of English Language. The methodologies to be employed are as follows: Tutorials and Practical Sessions on Scrabble, Spelling Bee, Anagrams, Crossword Puzzles, Word Search Puzzles, Debate, Dictionary Search, Writing Poetries, Writing Articles, Writing Essays, Letter Writing, Phonetics etc for the betterment and enrichment of their word bank and grammatical knowledge.
The goal is to visit a secondary school and select 50 interested students from various classes and have a 2 day-session with them for an hour each day.

About the Millennium Fellow

Ephraim Eseohe Edokpa is a passionate and purpose-driven undergraduate student of law of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria. He is a writer, part-time teacher, public speaker and voice-over artist. He hopes to become one of Nigeria's biggest corporate lawyers. As a student of law, he is engaged in various student activities which is fostering and enhancing his knowledge in many areas within and outside the legal profession. He is currently the Secretary-general of Legal Bridge initiative, a student organization which aims at bridging the gap between lawyers, law students and the society at large through community service developments.
