Millennium Fellowship Project: Climate Nexus
We are a team passionate about climate change and how it affects different facets of our lives. the project is team work that includes several sub-project to pull resources, knowledge and experience to work out feasible solutions to climate related issues affecting our immediate community.
facets of the project includes:
- Climate sensitization.
-Afforestations
- New agricultural practices that are eco friendly (tomatoe storage)
- Recycling practice in the school community.
About the Millennium Fellow
Farida sani Adamu is a passionate girl who always want to be part of making changes and impact from wherever and whenever she get the opportunity to do so, She is passionate about Environmental sustainability and an advocate for sustainability and also she loves volunteering in anything that can add impact to herself and others, she was volunteer in a lot of event and programs and she's still doing soo, She's a member of Plogging Club Nigeria at her school , Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, she also has a post as the program manager/ Welfare manager who runs the affair of making sure any program organized in the club goes smoothly, She has Attended so many programs on Leadership Skills, The Leadership Excellent Summit held in her school and also Leadership Retreat, she Hope's to continue contributing to the society and world at large, Farida sani Adamu is a young beautiful, smart and well behaved girl who loves and is passionate about making impact in people around her and she always looking forward to learning and relearning new things, shes Love's interacting and bring around people. she is a Nigeria and was born in the city of Abuja, Nigeria and currently a student if Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna, Nigeria. She Hope's to be a part of achieving the 17 Sustainable development Goal by 2030.
