Millennium Fellowship Project: Nourishing The Alimajiris
As a Millennium Fellow (Class of 2024), I am excited to present "Nourishing The Almajiris," a project aimed at providing healthy lunches to 100 almajiri children in Jos North, Plateau State for a period of one month. This initiative aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 2 (Zero Hunger) and Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being).
About the Millennium Fellow
Amina Ibrahim is a penultimate law student at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She was born and raised in Nigeria. She is a unique and fascinating individual, with a blend of qualities that make her stand out, with a curious mind, she is always eager to learn and explore new ideas and perspectives. She possesses a compassionate and empathetic heart, always willing to listen and offer support to those around her. Her kindness and warmth make her a beloved friend and companion, and her infectious enthusiasm draws people to her. With a keen sense of humor and a playful spirit, she knows how to find joy and laughter in life's moments, even in challenging times. Her resilience and adaptability enable her to navigate life's ups and downs with grace and determination.
