Millennium Fellowship Project: Climate Nexus
We are a team passionate about climate change and how it affects different facets of our lives. the project is team work that includes several sub-project to pull resources, knowledge and experience to work out feasible solutions to climate related issues affecting our immediate community.
facets of the project includes:
- Climate sensitization.
-Afforestations
- New agricultural practices that are eco friendly (tomatoe storage)
- Recycling practice in the school community.
About the Millennium Fellow
Adesina Islam is a bright and futuristic young man. who was born in Ibadan grew in different states of across the country of Nigeria due to the nature of his fathers Job (a soldier), this experiences has shaped his worldly outlook and made him see the need for the sentient being to take care of the creatures that are less sentient and hence create an environment that is habitable by all. across his secondary school days he has always lended his voice and strength towards social and environmental works as is reflected by him being a member of Red Cross society and Jet club in school. he currently studies Computer Science at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is a member of various Associations targeted at making the earth more habitable and creating sustainable impacts using technology.
