About the Millennium Fellow
Musah Muhammad Mubarak, a student at Ahmadu Bello University, is pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering while nurturing two passions - painting and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He discovered his love for painting at age 11 and has since used it to support his tuition. Recently, his interest in AI was sparked by the Huawei program early this year. Now, he aims to merge his chemical engineering knowledge with AI to produce locally sourced chemicals, reducing Nigeria's reliance on expensive imports and making the industry more efficient and sustainable. Through this innovative approach, Musah contributes to SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), driving technological progress and sustainable industrialization in Nigeria.
