Millennium Fellowship Project: Plastic Waste Risk In Kiryandongo Refugee Camp

Plastic Waste Risk In Kiryandongo Refugee Camp Is a pressing issue that has a huge negative impact on our environment, plastic waste risk in Kiryandongo is affecting the lives of aquatic animals, and human health and even finds its way to the food that we eat, this plastic mismanagement leads to environmental pollution and up to the extend of contributing to the climate change.

About the Millennium Fellow

A Pan-African advocate with a strong commitment to advancing gender equality across Africa. Currently pursuing an LLB degree with a focus on international human rights law and gender justice. with a background in policy and Advocacy and Experience in advocating for policy reform and empowering marginalized communities through legal education and awareness campaigns. Skilled in legal research, policy analysis, and public speaking. Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including NGOs, government agencies, and grassroots organizations to drive positive change.
A good communicator ,orator and public speaker. With leadership skills I aspire to lead a career in governance and advocacy. I have a strong passion for youth and community development, especially facilitating conversations around youth and women empowerment in the arena of governance. With a strong interest in taking initiative and seeking out new challenges in the African continent and beyond.
Committed to leveraging legal expertise to address systemic inequalities and promote inclusive development. Seeking opportunities to contribute to transformative legal initiatives that uphold human rights and empower women and girls throughout the African continent.
