United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: ABridged

This project aims to connect high school students in rural areas with tertiary technical students to solve problems in the community. Tertiary students bring on board their technical know-how and high school students bring their deep understanding of the problems in the community

About the Millennium Fellow

Francine Arthur is a multifaceted engineering student in Ashesi University. Throughout her education, she has been interested in the technology and infrastructure that contribute to the development of society, particularly in manufacturing, waste management and renewable energy. She aspires to build and manage enterprises that significantly contribute to a country's growth through technology in the above and other key areas.
