Millennium Fellowship Project: Hope Haven
Hope Haven is a community initiative in Tema New Town aimed at supporting homeless individuals by providing basic needs, health and wellness support, skill development. It seeks to restore dignity, empower individuals, and create sustainable solutions to poverty and homelessness. Addressing SDG goal 1 and 2
About the Millennium Fellow
Hillary Ayeko Addo is a passion driven , humble and altruistic young lady. Hillary is a mechanical engineering major at Ashesi university, born in Tema, Ghana and still stays in Tema. Hillary is deeply empathetic with a heart full of kindness and a strong desire to help others. With the sense of social responsibility, Hillary is dedicated to making a difference , inspiring others with her unwavering commitment to positive change. Hillary aims to be a lecturer and own an organization that sees to the basic needs of children on the streets. She has witnessed how it feels like to be on the streets and she would not want any more people to experience that. She faces challenges head-on till she overcomes it.
