Millennium Fellowship Project: Rebuilding Nigeria's Education Status
My project is aimed at restoring the good education status in Nigeria.
Nigeria as a country has been facing challenges such as corruption, bad infrastructure, examination malpractice, low government budget allocation, etc. This project is working towards curbing these obstacles by either working individually or liasing with the appropriate body.
About the Millennium Fellow
Abduljabbar Olayide Tijjani is a young growing man who is always on the track to amend the past by bringing changes for the future to survive well. He is a native of Oyo state but dwells at Potiskum, Yobe state, Nigeria. He currently studies at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi state, Nigeria. He is a 300-level student of the Civil Engineering department, a former Auditor General 2 of the National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS), ATBU chapter, and currently the President of Al-hudah Ex-students Union, Potiskum (AESUP), Yobe state. His zeal for fostering change made him get involved in politics at a young age. He believes that, for a change to occur, it must first begin in the education sector, which is aiming for the young leaders of tomorrow by catching them young. In addition, the young Abduljabbar is an individual who is so passionate about voicing out through his pen, and that's why he is well known as Pen Abduljabbar.
