Millennium Fellowship Project: AI for Global Health Initiatives
This initiative leverages artificial intelligence to address the global challenge of diabetes by improving early detection, monitoring, and personalized care. The project integrates machine learning models trained on diverse health datasets to predict diabetes risks and provide actionable insights. The system monitors real-time health metrics from wearable devices, such as blood glucose levels, heart rate, and physical activity, to offer tailored recommendations. It includes an AI-powered chatbot to guide users in managing diabetes through lifestyle suggestions, medication tracking, and symptom analysis. By focusing on underserved communities, the project aims to enhance accessibility to affordable healthcare, aligning with SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being). The ultimate goal is to make diabetes management proactive, data-driven, and inclusive.
