" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow as I believe is the perfect avenue to further
push for my advocacy on ethical practices and human rights. As someone who
believes in teamwork and collaboration, this Fellowship will expose me to like-minded
fellows whom I can collaborate and interchange ideas with. Therefore, this will be
remarkably valuable to my personal and professional growth. I am very passionate
about my work as I believe every individual deserves dignity and respect whilst
safeguarding our environment, and only through ethical stewardship can we ensure a
healthy and sustainable future "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Re Tsaya Efe ?

"This project is simply about connecting the community for the
greater good with sustainable development at the centre of it all. Working with people that know more about SDGs, we will teach students around campus, secondary schools and in marginalised communities about the goals and then encourage active participation in the journey to 2030. What is even better? we will include the more relevant local Vision 2036 goals. We will come
together with youngsters like me to do/show simple actions that could easily add up to us winning this race. We will host fun, vibey yet educational sessions. For example, in a session discussing SDG13, we can do litter picking, paint
bins and donate them, SDG1 we could go to a village and donate food hampers to a few families, simple. Making taking action fun.
We hope to reach 5 schools by the end of December."
