United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

" Simi Joan Gyen, a young girl born and resides in the north central part of Nigeria and is currently studying medicine. Being in melinnium fellowship will greatly drive my vision to enhance medical break through in the clinical and community at large. The skills i hope to acquire will help me make the tiny bits of change I hope to pionner from the grassroots hoping to spread globally. With my ambition, creativity and compassion, and a platform like melinnium , I'm sure to fulfill my dreams inline with the SDGS "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Impact

Project Impact has two arms supporting SDG 3 and 4. We've carried our awareness outreaches to a secondary school in our locale to teach on a number of health issues. The second arm is related to providing quality healthcare at subsidized rates to women and children within a set criteria in our vicinity.

About the Millennium Fellow

Simi Joan Gyen, a young born to beeom and idoma parents in in the north central part of Nigeria particular plateau state and is currently studying medicine in Bingham university teaching hospital, jos plateau state.
