United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: The ProjectHemaHope

The Project Hemahope was targeted st empowering or community with the necessary knowledge needed about sickle cell anaemia. It also aimed at targeting stigma attached with disease. This was done through a video publication and speaking with our community.

About the Millennium Fellow

Olawuyi Matthew Temidayo is a young bright 4th Medical student at Bowen University Iwo. He is a public speaker, and an entrepreneur with a strong interest in the health industry. This drive has led him to take up several roles in organisations like the nimsa- Aluwal Shanono Foundation, The Bowen Association of Medical Students Mental Health Advocacy team, and The Bowen Baptist student Fellowship which are organisations concerned with health as various levels. Matthew Aspires to be a medical doctor and contribute his own quota towards the achieving of the sustainable development goals.
