" "A lack of good financial condition will prevent one from living their lives to a good standard. It is only when one has his financial issues sorted they can focus on other prevalent problems that need attention. The Internet has presented us with many opportunities to start sorting out this financial problem as early as possible, but most of us are ignorant of it. I want to start educating people about the importance of attaining financial security as early as possible so that they have plenty of time in their lives to work on the things that truly matter to them without being burdened by financial stress." Millennium Fellowship Project: Better Youth Initiative

Having an early mindset of achieving financial confidence not only sets one up for success but also makes them more responsible, eloquent, and disciplined ensuring holistic development. In the long run, this can have a positive transformative effect on the broader economic landscape. This project educates the youth about the benefits of starting to develop a skill of choice early in one’s life. To inspire them, we share success stories of people who had honed one industry-relevant skill from their high school days and are now reaping the benefits of their determination. This project helps individuals find a niche they're interested in. Then it’ll guide them to the right resources where they can hone their respective skill of choice. It also emphasizes the importance of having a portfolio ready to showcase one’s best work. Lastly, it provides them with a general understanding of the existing freelance marketplace and the importance of building one’s network on LinkedIn. Through this campaign, we have set plenty of young individuals in the right direction and on the right mindset to achieving financial confidence.
