About the Millennium Fellow

Faizah Salsabil is an undergrad student of Environmental Science at Bangladesh University of Professionals. Growing up in Bangladesh has made her acutely aware of the environmental effects and causes of all sorts of pollution, especially due to health issues, both major and minor, suffered by both herself and her relatives from air pollution. Fueled by firsthand evidence of anthropogenic causes behind pollution and a curiosity for how and why the Earth is the way it is is what led her to pursuing a degree in Environmental Science with hopes of working in fields regarding toxic effects on humans from environmental pollution to study the causes and help mitigate the effects.
