" Skill development is a passion that drives me every day. I believe that learning new skills is essential to becoming valuable and productive in today’s world. My journey began two years ago, and since then, I've successfully built and run a solo business based on the skills I've acquired. There are countless resources available to get started, but what’s often missing is the right guidance. That’s why I’m excited about the Millennium Fellowship—it’s a platform where I can continue to learn and, more importantly, share my experiences with a vibrant community that’s just as eager to grow. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Decent Work Warrior

The 'Decent Work Warrior' comic series was initially created during my time at university in collaboration with fellow students. Our goal was to develop an engaging and educational platform to promote the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 8 - Decent Work and Economic Growth. The series highlights the importance of fair wages, safe working environments, quality jobs, and equal economic opportunities for all. Through relatable characters and compelling stories, we aimed to raise awareness among young people about issues such as workers' rights, gender equality in employment, ending child labor, and supporting entrepreneurship.
I am now continuing the project through my organization, Kashful Foundation. As a business student, I am passionate about expanding this initiative and sharing it with a broader audience, particularly my peers. The comics will be released across our digital platforms, distributed in printed formats, and workshops will be conducted to engage individuals in understanding and promoting SDG 8.
The project's mission is to contribute to creating an economy that offers decent job opportunities and empowers individuals to escape poverty through productive employment. We are working to further amplify the impact of the comic series, expanding our reach and continuing the conversation around decent work and economic growth.
