United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Embrace Her Diversity Project

My project is about unmasking the diverse menstrual health struggles that ladies from different backgrounds face and to come up with ways on how to help them lessen the burdens.

About the Millennium Fellow

Margaret Chansa is an ambitious individual born and raised in Zambia. She is currently pursuing a Medical Degree in Public Health at The Copperbelt University in Zambia. With a strong passion for serving her community, she is driven to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Her curiosity and desire for knowledge fuels her pursuit for excellence in most aspects of her life.As a future leader,she aspires to inspire and empower both the young and old,fostering a culture of excellence and compassion. To her,challenges are viewed as opportunities for growth and self improvement. She looks forward to leveraging her skills creating a brighter future.
