Millennium Fellowship Project: How Junk Food Destroys Our Mental Well-Being

Last year, I realized how junk food affects our mental well-being. Sometimes, we wonder, "Why am I feeling anxious and sleepy?" but we don’t associate those feelings with what we’re eating. There’s a beautiful quote, whose author I don’t know: "You are what you eat," and indeed, we are facing mental health problems without even realizing that eating unhealthy food, with ingredients we wouldn't naturally consume, is a contributing factor.
My project aims to encourage and raise awareness among students that the reason they may struggle to focus on their studies could be due to a small change in their diet.
