Millennium Fellowship Project: Formación para la vida Laboral
It consists of preparing the children of CAHOVA so that once they leave the foster home, they can secure quality employment. This is achieved through training related to the recruitment process, verbal and non-verbal communication, and job interview practices.
About the Millennium Fellow
Fernanda Paulette Andrade Gonzalez is a dedicated and ambitious International Logistics student at CETYS Universidad Campus Mexicali. Born and raised in Mexico, she has always harbored a curiosity for the world and a passion for helping others. From a young age, Fernanda has engaged in environmental workshops and charitable donations, demonstrating her commitment to community service. As a member of the FORTES group, she has honed her leadership skills and aims to apply her knowledge in her professional and personal life. Fernanda aspires to contribute to projects with the United Nations Academic Impact and the Millennium Fellowship, furthering her impact on global initiatives.
