Millennium Fellowship Project: Formación para la vida Laboral

It consists of preparing the children of CAHOVA so that once they leave the foster home, they can secure quality employment. This is achieved through training related to the recruitment process, verbal and non-verbal communication, and job interview practices.

About the Millennium Fellow

Maria Fernanda Vasquez Gutierrez is a young International Business student born in Hermosillo, Sonora, currently studying at CETYS Universidad in Mexicali, Baja California. She is passionate about sports, knowledge, and helping others, with a strong belief in the importance of equal opportunities for all. Maria Fernanda is dedicated to leadership and empowering others to reach their full potential. She aspires to become a professional who motivates and drives change, working towards a future where everyone has fair opportunities.
