Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Samvardhan

Project Samvardhan focuses on creating opportunities for holistic growth among underprivileged communities, particularly children and youth. Through interactive workshops and activities, the project emphasizes skill development, educational enrichment, and mental well-being. It aims to nurture creativity, foster self-reliance, and provide participants with tools to build a sustainable livelihood. The initiative prioritizes hands-on engagement to ensure a long-term positive impact.

About the Millennium Fellow

Bhoomi Bhardwaj is a vibrant and ambitious Psychology and Economics student at Christ University Delhi NCR. Born in India and currently residing in Delhi, Bhoomi embodies the spirit of a curious learner and compassionate individual. Well known as a creative and observant individual, Bhoomi is deeply passionate about understanding complexities of the human mind and psychology. Beyond her academic interests, She is equally committed to developing her management skills. She actively seeks hands-on leadership opportunities and advanced training programs to hone her abilities. She is involved in different college committees that focus on providing health, education and basic amenities to underprivileged children. She has volunteered her time and skills to organize various events and has completed voluntary internships at several healthcare institutions. Looking towards the future, Bhoomi is particularly excited about her participation in the Millennium Fellowship. This prestigious program aligns perfectly with her aspirations to contribute to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. She sees this as an opportunity to make a tangible difference on a global scale while furthering her understanding of international development issues.This work aligns closely with her personal values and her aspiration to make a positive impact on society.
