" I'm eager to use the fellowship to make a real difference in supporting the UN's global goals of fostering peace, human rights, and sustainable development. I plan to work with various groups, using our collective knowledge to tackle important global challenges and inspire meaningful local and worldwide change. This fellowship isn't just about my growth but my dedication to building a fairer, more sustainable future for everyone. I'm excited to start this journey with the Millennium Fellowship, contributing to a brighter future for all. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Street to Sky
The project aims to combat child begging and break the cycle of poverty for vulnerable children and their families. It will create a team of volunteers, educators, and social workers to research the most affected areas and collaborate with local authorities to understand the specific needs of these children. The initiative will provide educational support through tutoring, mentorship, and essential school materials like books and uniforms to encourage school attendance. In addition, workshops will help parents acquire skills to secure stable jobs and improve their financial situation. By partnering with NGOs and government bodies, the project will expand its impact. Awareness campaigns will also advocate for systemic changes to improve child welfare. This project aligns with the UN’s SDGs, focusing on No Poverty and Quality Education.
