" My personal journey with mental health challenges ignited a passion for creating positive change. Witnessing the struggles of my peers underscored the urgent need for accessible mental health support. With the loss of peers due to lack of awareness and resources i decided that change must be created no individual should have to go through these battles alone and if change must start with me then so be it. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Safe Shakti Haven

The project aims to create awareness amongst women to safeguard themselves from being subjected to domestic violence and strategize on how they can combat it, along with talking to the men and educating them on how they can serve as male allies so that women are not subjected to domestic violence and educating the children with life skills and self-defense to keep themselves safe. Sessions were conducted to create awareness around menstrual hygiene, and self-help workshops were done for the women to ensure their well-being.
