Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Paritattva

Paritattva is dedicated to building environmentally conscious communities through practical actions, awareness, and sustainable lifestyle practices. Our initiative focuses on creating meaningful environmental impact by equipping communities with knowledge and tools to adopt sustainable practices, thereby reducing their ecological footprint.

About the Millennium Fellow

Mitali Pandey, a final-year BSc Psychology (Honors) student at Christ (Deemed to be University), is a dynamic individual with a deep-seated passion for fostering positive change in society. Hailing from the picturesque state of Uttarakhand, Mitali's commitment to making a difference is reflected in her active involvement with the Center for Social Action, where she works under the Health and Hygiene wing. Here, she plays a vital role in promoting essential health practices, advocating for improved nutrition, and championing environmental sustainability.
Mitali’s dedication to these causes extends beyond her academic pursuits. She is a strong proponent of social entrepreneurship, believing in the power of innovative solutions to tackle some of society’s most pressing issues. Her vision is to integrate her passion for human resource management with her commitment to social and environmental well-being, aiming to create workplaces that are not only efficient and productive but also socially responsible and environmentally conscious.
Her journey is driven by a belief that true leadership lies in empowering others and creating sustainable systems that benefit both people and the planet. Whether through her academic work, her involvement in social action, or her aspirations in the Human Resource sector, Mitali is determined to leave a lasting impact, guided by her unwavering commitment to nutrition, hygiene, and environmental sustainability.
