Millennium Fellowship Project: Panah Project

Project Panah will be a global resource that provides displaced individuals who aspire to pursue higher education with the information and mentoring needed to succeed in unfamiliar education systems. The project is still in its initial phase, which is centered on building the project website and informational databases. The website will offer information regarding general language requirements, funding options, and a list of university programs specifically for refugees.

About the Millennium Fellow

Auzin Panahandeh is a Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies major. Being raised between countries has deeply influenced her interest in educational equity, immigration, and international law. As a Millennium Fellow, her project aims to aid individuals seeking higher education following displacement, and create a larger push for educational institutions to develop and establish new, more accessible, pathways to higher education.
