" "I believe that a sound education is the best gift anyone can give a child. The right to education, to me, should be synonymous with the right to life. I desire to see every Nigerian child given access to quality education because this will give them a chance for a better quality of life. I am excited to be a millennium fellow because I know the training I receive will enable me to achieve this." "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Better Learning Initiative

Education has power and is considered as the basic building block of every society. However, we strongly believe that every child should have access to a happy and healthy learning experience. Sadly, many children and underprivileged institutions lack the basic resources to facilitate a safe and conducive learning for many reasons known. Through this Millennium Fellowship, we hope to advance better learning experiences and enhance education for many children, starting from the lowest level.
Better Learning is an initiative built on a vision to advance happier learning experiences and enhance education with for many children at underprivileged institutions. Due to many limiting financial factors, many children are deprived of safe and convenient learning, which in turn stunts many aspirations and future goals. This initiative seeks to make education admirable and create better learning experiences at the lowest level.
During the Millennium Fellowship period (August-November 2024), project Better Learning will host outreaches at an underprivileged learning institution. These outreaches will involve interactive sessions with the children, as well as distribution of learning resources. The aim is to reach at least 100 children with this project. SDG 4, UNAI 3
