" Education is the most powerful weapon which you can change the world” – Nelson
Mandela.
Following this quotes I worked on a project named by “Free Hilly Birds” in
Bogachari,Rangamati and I addressed SDG-4 Quality Education . Through my project
called Hilly Birds I am identifying the students of Chittagong Hill Tracts . In many areas
of Chittagong Hill Tracts the education system are not developed and there are no
qualified teacher. Apart from this , many places of Chittagong hill tracts do not get
facilities due to being remote areas . As a result , the students are being dropped out
after completing primary level .
I have learned a lot through the Millennium Fellowship. Such as Communication, project management, story telling, Fund raising etc. By using all these skills, I was able to complete my project. I always want to learn something new, so whenever I get the opportunity to learn something new, I try to help the people in my community by learning it. "

through the generations after completing the primary level and they do not able to
develop their full potential . They are unaware that there is a vast world of learning
waiting for them outside this local world. As a result, they continue to live a life of
darkness.
I am also born in Chittagong Hill Tracts and saw the struggle of the people here closely
. I know the hard work of the people of the hills. In my opinion, one of the reasons for
financial instability is the neglect of parents towards their children's education. They
think that if their sons and daughters are employed in the profession that has been
passed down from generation to generation, then they will be financially prosperous.
Despite being a child of middle class family , I am studying in a reputed university in Bangladesh after overcoming those obstacles . But most of the students can’t able to overcome those obstacles . My wish is to inspire students from Chittagong Hill Tracts to pursue higher education in the next phase of the project .
