Millennium Fellowship Project: Ecounity - Uniting For Sustainable Living
The project Ecounity generally based on the concept of protecting wildlife of my campus that suports the SDG 15 - Life on Land. The main objective is to promote the awareness about biodiversity conservation and ecosystem restoration around us, at least. Involving the local communities and educate them about the significance of protecting wildlife for our own existence are also targeted. The sustainable practices should have included in the project.
About the Millennium Fellow
Samia Tahsin is a bright and dedicated student who is doing her major in Zoology. She is quite passonate about working on SDGs. The academic focus of her leads to the understanding of the delicate balance of animals and ecosystem. Samia is eagerly waiting to apply her knowledge to find the solutions that somehow helpful to balance the Earth for both human and environment for the betterment of our succeeding generations. The study background of her, drives her to contribute to the global efforts on preserving wildlife with sustainability. She is ready to take another step for balanced sustainable planet and last but not the least, for her academic career ambitions.
