United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

I can also work and create global network by interacting with other Fellow members. I am excited to gain a global experience and increase my work quality. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: 10 Taka Bazar

"10 Taka Bazaar" to support these struggling tea workers, we launched the "10 Taka Bazaar" project. This initiative provides tea workers with a week's worth of essential food supplies for just 10 BDT. Each package includes:Rice,Lentils,Soybean oil,Onions,Flour.
The "10 Takar Bazaar" concluded with smiles and gratitude from the tea workers, as we provided essential groceries at an affordable price. Our efforts not only brought much-needed relief but also highlighted the power of collective action in addressing inequality. The success of this initiative, recognized by local media, showcased how small steps can make a big difference in the lives of marginalized communities. Through our dedication, we demonstrated the true spirit of empathy and social responsibility.

About the Millennium Fellow

Sushmita Chakraborty is a globally competitive undergraduate student at the University of Chittagong. She has passion to write about social problems, inequalities, current situation of her country etc. She engage herself with voluntary activities. By doing this activities, She has gained some skills such as leadership, public speaking, webinar conduction, content writing etc. She is an organisation named by 'Initiative for Sustainable Education and Inequality' which works with 4 SDG goals such as Quality Education, Gender Equality, Reduced Inequalities and Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions. She is also interested to work in the development of United Nations' Sustainable Goals.
