Millennium Fellowship Project: Cardinal's Sharing

Cardinal's Sharing - Pro 356 is a basketball program designed to empower underprivileged youth in Mexico City. The program aims to create a safe and positive environment for children to learn basketball, build friendships, and develop life skills. We believe basketball can be a powerful tool to keep children engaged and
motivated to pursue their dreams.

About the Millennium Fellow

Valeria Valencia Berecochea is born and raised in Mexico, and has moved across various cities throughout her life. This constant change exposed her to diverse cultures and backgrounds, fueling her desire to make the world a better place. From a young age, she felt driven to take action and contribute positively to society, participating in volunteer projects that has also developed her leadership. Now, as a university student, Valeria is determined to achieve something meaningful that will create a lasting impact on the world.
