Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Unnathi
UNNATHI is a transformative initiative dedicated to addressing the signifi cant educational disparities faced by underprivileged students, particularly those aspiring to enter the legal profession. Acknowledging that socio-economic challenges often restrict access to quality education and mentorship, UNNATHI seeks to create equitable opportunities through complimentary coaching tailored for law entrance examinations. This initiative is not merely about education; it is about empowering students to overcome obstacles and realize their full potential. Launched by the Cochin University of Science and Technology Cohort towards United Nations Academic Impact, UNNATHI exemplifi es a commitment to inclusivity and social justice. By focusing on mentorship, resource sharing, and community involvement, the initiative fosters an environment conducive to both academic and personal growth. The overarching vision is to ensure that every aspiring advocate has access to the necessary tools and support for success, regardless of their background.
About the Millennium Fellow
Mitha Ramesh is a law student, passionate in doing social service and researching. Mitha was born in Kerala, India. She completed her matriculation in Good Shepherd Public school, Kottayam and is now currently doing her BCom LLB (Hons.) in School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of science and technology, Kochi, Kerala. She has always been a person enthusiastic about bringing positive changes in the society, she is an avid advocate of women's rights. She is also an advocate of socio-economic rights and wishes them to be enforced in real life, effectively. She loves researching about social life of people and is passionate about writing. She will continue her journey and will not be satisfied until she has brought some changes in this society.
