Dartmouth College | Hanover, United States | Advancing SDG 17, SDG 10, SDG 11 & UNAI 7

" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it provides me with the platform to connect with like-minded individuals who are equally committed to creating meaningful change. Through this opportunity, I can amplify my efforts in addressing social justice issues and work collaboratively towards solutions that make a tangible impact on communities in need. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Partnerships For Sustainable Development At Dartmouth College
Our project used creativity to raise awareness about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by designing artwork and posters that we displayed across campus. Centered on SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, the initiative emphasized collaboration, accessibility, and inclusivity, encouraging more people on campus to participate. By using art to spark conversations, we made sustainability more relatable and inspired meaningful dialogue. The project demonstrated the power of small actions and collective effort to drive change, reminding us that working together can make a big difference.
About the Millennium Fellow
Angelica (she does not have a last name) is passionate about addressing social challenges and hopes to use her education to advocate for equality and equity in social policies for underprivileged communities around the world. Growing up in a suburban region of Bali, she was exposed to a diverse community working together to improve living conditions. Inspired by her firsthand experiences with social issues, Angelica is eager to explore international development, community development, and social justice. As a freshman at Dartmouth College, she plans to major in cognitive science, modified with human-centered design, and minor in education.
