" I am excited to find like-minded students who share my passions for equity in gender and socioeconomic groups and eager to see what we can accomplish as a group. Many communties are overlooked in education and lack the resources necessary to reach their full potential; I hope to organize a project to spread the information and supplies needed for their voices to be heard. About the Millennium Fellow

Sienna Aylaian was born in the United States, California, and attends Dartmouth College. Throughout her life, Sienna has been passionate about advocating for equity between genders and socioeconomic groups, especially in STEM fields. This drive propelled her to pursue multiple successful projects in high school, from bridging gaps between cultural communities in her school to creating a fund earning nearly $10,000 to send first-generation girls to pursue STEM in higher education. Both in college and beyond, Sienna plans to use her leadership and organization skills to further reach her goals of reduced inequalities, especially hoping to make changes abroad.
