" Millennium Fellowship is a remarkable opportunity for me and my peers as we being the youth have a constant drive for change but rarely get a chance to do something about it, through this program we'll have the chance to leave an impact on the world and put our creativity to use and contribute in making the world a tiny bit better. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Handbook Of Rights

The MCN Handbook of Rights project, led by our Millennium Fellowship cohort, empowers underprivileged university workers by providing accessible information on employment rights, labor laws, and government schemes. Aligned with SDGs 4 (Quality Education) and 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), the project simplifies complex regulations into an easy-to-understand handbook featuring visual aids. Through targeted distribution and awareness sessions, the initiative aims to increase workers' awareness of their rights, enhance confidence in claiming entitlements, and create a lasting resource for their benefit. Despite challenges in accessibility and engagement, the project envisions broader dissemination and digital expansion to ensure sustainable impact.
